IMPORTANT Note 1: Please do not have strictly private meetings on this server. Every event on this server is RECORDED. A recording of a meeting can be viewed by anyone given access to its 'unique' URL. We do NOT lock meetings on this server, therefore it is important that you only give the URL to those you wish to view the replay.

General Conditions
The Flashmeeting Project's system stores personal information about you when you register, and general information about your behaviour when you use The Flashmeeting Project's products or services. When you register, we ask for information such as your name and email address. You may also be asked to provide us with other information to help with our research. Once you register with The Flashmeeting Project and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. The system collects a range of further information about your transactions with us and your events, and also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information relevant to The Flashmeeting Project, and whatever service you are using. This information will be used for the following general purposes: to customize content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, and to conduct research.

The Flashmeeting Project will set and access cookies on your computer.

The Flashmeeting Project's accounts and any events will be withdrawn if we deem the content to be offensive, inflammatory, racist, or in any other way inappropriate.
