FM Presentation Style Interface

When booking a meeting you can choose between the 'standard' style interface and the 'presentation' style interface. The main difference between the two is that the 'presentation' interface integrates the whiteboard so that it is visible all the time, rather than covering over the interface as happens in the 'standard' interface style. Also note that the 'presentation' interface does not contain the concept mapping tool, that is in the 'standard' interface version.
If you are making a presentation or think you will use the whiteboard a lot, it may be the better choice. However, note that the other interface items have been made smaller to accommodate it and the chat may be difficult to read on a small monitor. The controls and functions work in the same way as the 'standard' interface.

Note that you must be 'Signed In' to a meeting (whichever type is chosen), to be able to use the whiteboard (and/or the concept map where available). Guests can only view them.
